MTP v LTD – The Claimant sustained moderate brain injury as passenger in car accident. The case settled for £1.35 million net of contributory negligence.

DAM v AMI – A motorcyclist sustained severe orthopaedic injuries and the case settled at JSM for £1.3 million.

RHT v AVIVA – A 15 year old motorcycle passenger with severe pre-accident psychiatric history suffered mild brain/psychiatric injury following an RTA. The case settled at JSM for £850,000 net of contributory negligence.
